‘The Wellness Area at Redford Farm Barns’

We are thrilled to let you know that our new ‘Wellness Area’ at Redford Farm Barns is now open and available for guest use.

The wellness area consists of a beautiful Baltic wood-fired sauna with stunning countryside views, a cold plunge tub and an outdoor cold-water shower, as well as little seating area for guests to enjoy. We have created this space for you within the barns’ shared garden in between our beautiful old pair of pear trees.

We always try to keep enhancing our guest experience and with health and wellness becoming increasingly popular we wanted to offer this facility here at the barns. The health benefits of hot and cold therapy include improved immunity, relaxation, reduction of stress, relief of pain and much more.

This new addition at Redford Farm Barns is a place where guests can unwind and treat their bodies to all that heat and cold therapy has to offer. If you can only brave the heat, we won’t judge!

For weekend hire the cost is just £50. For a week it is £75. This includes one basket of logs for your first sauna. More logs are available to purchase on site as with all our other log burners.
